BEFORE WE START WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE READY?
+ The most important thing we need from you is you completed brief form and Pinterest/mood board. Please fill these in with as much detail as you can; particularly the information on your target market. Please also make sure your deposit has been paid paid and contracts are signed – once these three things are one, we can get started! Please also don’t forget to read through all of the docs we’ve sent you; we know it’s a lot of information, but we promise it’s all important.
HOW DO I GET MY COLLATERAL PRINTED?
+ Your collateral will be provided to you in a print read version if you wish to print it yourself, however if you are chasing something a little bit luxe or just want that professional finish that Officeworks doesn’t give, we’ll provide you with a quote based on your requirements and will organise the printing for you.
I REALLY LIKE SOME PARTS OF MY EXISTING BRAND, CAN I KEEP THEM?
+ You certainly can; however we believe it is best to build a brand from the ground up, this allows for a completely custom and cohesive brand.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS?
+ If you’ve sussed us out on social media and via our website and you’re ready to take the leap, start by heading to our contact page and filling out the enquiry form. From there, you’ll be sent an intro kit with the basics about working with us and a link to book in a discovery call. Once we have a chat and get to know a little bit more about your business, we’ll send you a custom quote based on your needs. Once you accept, you’ll be sent a few emails and documents including your deposit invoice and contracts. Once this is paid and signed, we’ll get started! Phew!
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
+ Your deposite is not refundable. We use your deposit as a booking fee to hold your spot in our books. This allows us to give the proper time and energy to each brand. Once you fill a spot, we cannot give it to anyone else – this means if you pull out, we are left high and dry. Can’t have that, can we?!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT MORE CHANGES AFTER MY ALLOTTED REFINEMENTS?
+ The rounds of amendments allowed should be more than enough for your specific project. Please feel free to give us as much feedback as possible within the allotted refinement rounds. Additional amendments are generally billed at $65+gst per half hour.
WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE READY TO START MY WEBSITE?
+ To begin designing your site we will need all of your content! Everything from imagery to text; that way we can design your site to perfectly suit your content. This is also important to have prior to starting to insure that we are working together towards a clear goal. You will be provided a form to fill out to help with providing content.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING READY BY THE START DATE?
+ If this is the case, thats okay! We understand that owning a business can be hectic some times! Just let us know if you need more time. In the case you need to reschedule, we can organise a time that suits everyone, this will however incur a delay fee of $100+gst per week.
I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO, CAN YOU STILL DESIGN MY SITE?
+ We do prefer to work with clients brand’s from start to finish to ensure a cohesive and consistent look and feel. However, we do sometimes make an exception on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch for a consult and we can chat more about your web project!
DO YOU DO SEO OR COPYWRITING?
Sure do! Give us a holla and we’ll provide a quote for these additional services.
DO YOU TAKE THE PHOTOS FOR MY SITE?
+ We don’t, however we can recommend some great photographers in your area. Otherwise we can provide stock and royalty free images for an additional fee.
WILL YOU MAINTAIN MY WEBSITE ONCE IT IS UP AND RUNING?

CAN YOU MANAGE MY SOCIAL MEDIA?

WHAT IS A SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATE?
+ The story and post templates we provide you are generic graphics, designed perfectly for your brand, that have placeholder images and text. We can set them up in Canva so that when you go to use them, you simply change the picture and text to exactly what you want that post to be about. What bliss!
I DON'T HAVE INSTAGRAM CAN I STILL USE THE TEMPLATES?
+ You absolutely can, all the templates you recieve are also perfect for Facebook and all other social media platforms.
